Katrine provides counselling to both individuals and couples. She uses a humanistic and experiential approach, as well as mindfulness and cognitive-based disciplines to offer mental health counselling for individuals; utilises research-based assessments to help the couple build confidence in their decision to move towards the next step in their relationship; integrates research-based interventions and attachment science to help couples enrich their relationships and marriages. She also provides career coaching for individuals to help them pursue dreams and ambitions that are fulfilling, purposeful and meaningful to them.

Katrine is a Registered Clinical Counsellor of The Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, Canadian Certified Counsellor and Professional Member of American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists. Her specialism and interests are in helping individuals with mental health and personal growth issues, as well as pre-marital and relationship counselling to help committed couples to gain understanding of their relationship dynamics, strength and growth areas; facilitate couples to resolve conflicts, communicate better and build a secure attachment.
